Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship across the United Kingdom and Europe
- (Further International shipping will be introduced in the future.)
Shipping Costs (UK)
- Free Shipping on all orders over £50.
- Orders under £50: £3.95 flat rate (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
Delivery Times
- All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Estimated delivery time: 2 working days from dispatch.
- You will receive full tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Pre-Orders
- Many of our collections are sold via small-batch pre-orders:

- You will receive email updates as your order progresses through production and dispatch.
Order Processing Times
- For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- For pre-orders, dispatch occurs once production is complete.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking link via email.
- You can monitor your delivery status at any time.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly during checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at time of purchase.
